The IP Nexus team had a great couple of days at StartupAsia Tokyo last week – the two days were jam-packed with top key-note speakers and networking and we were lucky to meet many exciting startups such as Kaizen – a crowdsourcing platform relating to product page design, and Taiwan based. EZTable, a mobile app for restaurant reservations, and winner of Tech in Asia’s Startup Arena pitch competition. We were inspired by these and many other exciting examples of the current tech trend towards mobile and crowdsource operated platforms as well as the strength and scope of the innovations coming out of the Asia region. The networking opportunities at StartupAsia gave us the opportunity to get insights from industry experts such as Spotify’s Hannes Graah, and Masashi Kobayash of Infinity Ventures — Overall, an excellent event. We look forward to reconnecting with everyone over the next weeks.
